News ANFA Increases Allowance Of Nepal National Team Players

All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has increased allowance of Nepal national team players when they are on national duty. 



Players used to receive mere 14 USD per day. 

New leadership under the helm of Karma Tsering Sherpa has increased the amount to 21 USD, i.e 50% increase in the allowance. 



ANFA provides Rs 15,000 (150 USD) per month as monthly salary to national team players.

The allowance was same (14 USD) for more than a decade.



However allowance is still low in comparison to other south asian countries.

Bhutan provides USD 100 a day while Pakistan has also increased the amount to USD 100 from this year.

ANFA Distributes Allowance Given By NSC To The Players

ANFA has distributed allowance given by national sports council to the players.

ANFA president Karma Tsering Sherpa said that they received Rs 12 lakh from the council and provided all money to the players for motivation.
