News Chitwan: Salhesh FC Enters SFs Of 2nd Chitwan Gold Cup

Salhesh FC Siraha has entered the semi-finals of Golden Eminent 2nd Chitwan Gold Cup.

Salhesh made their way to the semi-finals beating Suryapur 5-3 in a tiebreaker in a competitive match. Jaya Gurung, Sumit Shrestha, Dipesh Ale, Santosh Chhetri and Kuldeep Karki all scored goals in the tiebreaker.

Suryapur's Hisub Thapalia, Abishek Limbu, Shishir Lekhi scored when Mohit Gurung's shot was saved by Salhesh goalkeeper Pramijay Gachchadar. He was the man of the match.

Organizer Hanami Bharatpur Football Club BFC and Nepal Police Club Kathmandu will face each other in the tournament on Monday.

The game will be played at 3:30 PM. The winner of the competition, which will run until Ashoj 12, will receive a trophy of Rs 6 lakh and the runner-up will receive Rs 3 lakh. Similarly, the best player of the tournament will receive 15K, the best in the category will receive 10K and the man of the match will receive 5 thousand rupees.

Golden Eminent International is the main sponsor of the competition and Hanami International Education is the co-sponsor. Bagmati State Government, Bharatpur Metropolitan City and Chitwan District Football Association are the promoters of the tournament.
