Pokhara (GoalNepal) - Biku Tamang and Yubraj Khadka scored a goal each as APF Football Club defeated Dharan FC 2-0 to qualify for the semifinals of the 22nd Aaha! Rara Pokhara Gold Cup.

Biku Tamang opened the scoring in the 37th minute of the match. Just two minutes later, Yubraj Khadka doubled the lead for APF which proved to be enough for them.

Dharan had defeated Sahara Club in the first match of the tournament while this was APF's first outing this tournament. APF are also the defending champions of the tournament.

APF will now face the winners between Tribhuwan Army FC and Sankata Club in the semifinals.

In tomorrow's quarterfinal, Church Boys United will face Machhindra FC.

The winners of the tournament will receive 12 lakh rupees while the runners-up will receive six lakh rupees. Ten teams are participating in the tournament organized by the Sahara Club.
