After playing a barren half, Nepal produced dominating performance in the second half and scored three unanswered goals.
Skipper Ayush Ghalan ( 58' ) broke the deadlock while Kritish Ratna Chunchu ( 65' ) and Manangya Nakarmi ( 84' ) scored apiece for junior gorkhalis.
With two wins, Nepal are now atop with six points while Bangladesh have same points but staying in second position with inferior goal difference.
Nepal will take on July 31 before taking on Bangladesh on July 1.
Five SAARC nations are taking part in the event. Top two teams after round robin matches will play the final match.
