The Real Brothers have lifted the title of the Pathari Shanishchare Premier League with a 2-1 win over New Star FC in the final played today.

Surendra Angdembe, New Star skipper squandered a golden opportunity to give his team the lead when he missed a penalty in the 22nd minute. Sandesh KC gave the lead to New Star FC in the added time at the end of the first half. The Real brothers turned the game on its head with goals in the fifth and seventh minutes of the second half from Samir Yakkha and Ankit Limbu.

Bishal Pandey was named the player of the match and received Rs. 3,000. Along with the title, Real Brothers received Rs 2,51,000 in cash and runners-up New Star received Rs 1,51,000.

Rajan Dhimal of The Real Brothers was named the best goalkeeper of the tournament while his teammate Dilip Dhimal received the best defender award. Dipen Majhi of New Star FC was named the best midfielder while Ankit Limbu of The Real Brothers was named the best forward. New Star's Junior Sawa finished the tournament as the highest goalscorer. Sagar Karki, the team coach of The Real Brothers was named the best coach of the tournament. All of them received Rs. 7,500.

Dhiren Bista of The Real Brothers was named the player of the tournament and received Rs. 12,500. Sirijunga FC received the fair-play award.

The player of the tournament will receive Rs. 12,500 while the best players in different positions and the best coach will receive Rs. 7,500 each.
