Nepal have been drawn into Group A of the final round of AFC Asian Cup 2023 qualifiers in a draw held at the AFC headquarters in Kuala Lumpur today.
Nepal are alongside Jordan, Kuwait and Indonesia in the group. Nepal were alongside Jordan and Kuwait in the second round of qualifiers as well.
Kuwait will host the matches of this group. Nepal will face Jordan, Kuwait and Indonesia on June 8, 11 and 14 respectively.
AFC had previously announced six centralized venues to host the six different group matches for this final round.
The six group winners and five best second-placed teams will join hosts China PR, Australia, Islamic Republic of Iran, Iraq, Japan, Korea Republic, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria and the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam in the Finals to be held in China from June 16, 2023.
