Preparations have been completed for the 6th Orchid Cup Inter-School Knockout Football Tournament to be organized by Orchid School.

Orchid Principal Cholendra Bahadur Karki informed at a press conference on Monday that preparations for the competition have been completed.

Orchid extracurricular activities teacher Saroj Tamang said that 32 student teams will participate in the competition which will be held in a seven-a-side format. The top four teams will receive cash prizes of Rs 30,000, Rs 20,000, Rs 10,000 and Rs 5,000 respectively.

Director Bhujel stated that the competition will aid in mobilizing kids who, as a result of the coronavirus, spend much of their time on their phones.
