Everest FC has entered second round in 1st Barah Challenge cup football tournament in Sunsari.

Everest FC defeated host Hatkhola FC 3-1 on Friday.

Sajan Rai scored a brace while another goal was scored in an own post. Sanjaya Shrestha scored a consolation goal for the losing side.

Roshan Bhujel became the player of the match.

The championship has a winning purse of Nrs 51,000.
