Hetauda Sub-metro Enters SFs Of District Wide Football Championship

Hetauda sub metro has entered semifinals of Makwanpur district wide football championship.

Hetauda defeated Bakaiya rural municipality 3-1 in the quarterfinal match played at Huprachaur, Hetauda on Tuesday.

Bibek Gurung, Anish Maharjan and Lalit Chapagain scored apiece for the winners. Abhisek Bhlon scored a cosolation goal for Bakaiya.

Anil Thapa was adjudged the player of the match.

Bhimfedi rural municipality will play against Thaha Municipality in the first semifinal match on Wednesday.

The championship has a winning purse of NRs 2 lakh and runners up teams will get NRs 1 lakh.
