
Nepal coach Bal Gopal Maharjan expects improvement in the team.
Speaking ahead of tri-nation cup that Nepal is hosting from today at Dasharath stadium, coach Maharjan said his ambition was to see good performance from the team.
Nepal is failing to perform good in international matches. Recently they lost two-match series to Bangladesh.
"Squad looks in a good shape. We have prepared well and our ambition is to see improvement from past performances", said Maharjan in the pre-match conference held at Soaltee Crowne Plaza on Monday.
Nepal will take on Kyrgyzstan Olympic team on March 25 at 5:30 PM NST and play against Bangladesh on March 27 at the same time.
Top two teams in the group will play the final match on March 29, 2021. All the matches will be played under lights.
The champions will get USD 5000.
