Senior pilot & pilot coaching instructor at Buddha Air, Ang Gelu Sherpa has donated 10 Adidas original footballs to Panchthar club and Baklauri girls team through GoalNepal Foundation.

The footballs are worth Rs 24,000.

Sherpa donated footballs to GoalNepal foundation in memory of his late brother, Ang Kaji Sherpa.

"I am proud of GoalNepal and its GoalNepal foundation. I am aware of all activities carried out by the foundation. I will do whatever I can in coming days", said Sherpa, who is an avid Nepalese football supporter.

Six footballs have been provided to Pancthar club to conduct 1st Pancthar gold cup. Remaining footballs will be provided to Baklauri girls football team in Sunsari district.

CEO of Biba Publications & President of GoalNepal Foundation, Bikram Thapa thanked Sherpa for valuable support.

"We love to go step-by-step. Small effort makes great changes. Panchthar club can now conduct the tournament easily. Girls team in Sunsari will have no worry to buy footballs for at least a year", said Thapa.

GoalNepal Foundation is focused on providing support to youth football and women's football.
