SAFF To Confirm Hosts On August 9

South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) will confirm the hosts for SAFF Championship 2021 on August 9.

The South Asian governing body has received bids from Nepal and Maldives.

Nepal - which submitted the bid first- said that they were ready for the event.

"International stadium, international standard practice fields are all ready. Nepal government has assured us full support for the event", said in a bid submitted by ANFA.

The event will be played in the month of October.
