Chatya Sa Library, Damak Jhapa has entered the finals of the 7th Golbazar Mayor Gold Cup International Invitational Knockout Football Tournament held in Siraha.

In the first semi-final on Monday, Chatya Sa Library beat Bagmati Yuva Club, Sarlahi 1-0 and came close to the title.

In the victory of Chatya Sa library, the only goal scored by Jaya Gurung through penalty became the decisive goal for the team to reach the final. Ayush Limbu, the goalkeeper of Chatya Sa library, was declared the man of the match.

Under the tournament, the second semi-final match on Tuesday 20th Chaitra will be played between Munal Football Club, Morang and Gurudham Football Club, Siraha, the organizers informed.

The winner of the competition organized by Golbazar Municipality City Executive Office, Golbazar, Siraha will receive 351,000 cash along with the title, while the runner-up will receive 150,000.

The final match will be held on the 22nd of Chaitra.
