News Absence Of Four First XI Players Concerns Coach BGM

Nepal national team caretaker coach Bal Gopal Maharjan is concerned about the absence of four first eleven players in the team. 

Seven players are missing in the team including four first eleven players due to injury and coronavirus infection.

Speaking with the Bangladeshi press in Dhaka on Sunday, coach Maharjan said, "There are seven players in the team. Some of them are suffering from coronavirus and some are injured. I think four first XI players are missing in this team and it has created an impact in the team. But I believe I have players who can fill the void".

Rohit Chand, Devendra Tamang, Bishal Rai are some notable name missing in the team.

He added both teams have challenges and they were focusing on good performance against the hosts.

"Both teams have challenges. We are here to perform good and grind out good result. I can't predict the result but we are sure we will try to show good performance". 

Nepal will play first match against Bangladesh on November 13 at Bangabandhu stadium.
