Funroots Academy, Japan and former Nepal international Basanta Gauchan are jointly organizing one day football coaching camp in Pokhara on January 31.

Former J-League player and coach Takeshi Tokairin will hold the camp at Barahi ground, Lakeside.

"We want to contribute something to Nepalese football. Coaches are very important in football. Experienced coach Tokairin is coming to Nepal to share his knwoledge with Nepalese coaches. This is free of cost and all coaches can attend the course", said Gauchan from Japan.

Tokairin is a former Kashiwa Reysol player. He has coached Aries FC, Tsukuba University, Senshu university and other clubs.

Gauchan and football ethusiast Prakash Tulachan are also inviting U12 youth team to Japan to compete in Copa Puma Toreros cup.

Final selection will be done on January 30 in Pokhara.

Kaski DFA is supporting the course.
