Lalitpur metro has appreciated clubs based in Lalitpur with annual grant and cash prizes.

The metro started supporting the clubs with annual grant and reward for winning titles from last year.

Three star club received the highest Nrs 16 lakh (Nrs 4 lakh annual grant plus 12 lakh for winning three tournaments).

Chyasal youth club received Nrs 12 lakh (Nrs 4 lakh annual grant plus eight lakh for winning two tournaments), Jawalakhel youth club for Nrs 8 lakh while Friends and BB received Nrs 4 lakh each.

Meanwhile, the metro also provided Nrs 3 lakh each to B division teams, Pulchowk sports, Khumaltar and Jhamsikhel club.

Sanepa club and Khalibari received Nrs 2 lakh each.

Lalitpur mayor Chiri Babu Maharjan and other officials distributed the cash prizes.
