MMC defeated Rupandehi XI 4-0 to set semifinal date with Nepal Army in2nd Far West Khaptad gold cup.

In quarterfinal match played in Dhangadhi on Friday, MMC dominated the field and needed a goal piece from Victor, Bishal Rai, Sujal Shrestha and Bimal Rana to ensure an easy win.

Victor opened the firing in 20th minute. After the break, Sujal doubled the lead in 55th minute.

Two quick goals in 82nd and 83rd minute ensured high flying margin for MMC. Rai scored in 82nd and Bimal Rana extended the lead a minute later.

Victor became the man of the match and he received Rs 10,000 cash.
