Morang: 1st Belbari Mayor Cup Kicks Off; Kerabari Beats Kanepokhari In The Opener

1st Belbari mayor cup got underway at Belbari, Morang on Friday.

Kerabari rural municipality defeated 10-man Kanepokhari rural municipality 3-0 in the opening match played at proposed Belbari stadium. Manish Limbu scored a brace and Bhuwan Basnet scored another for the winners. Two goal hero Limbu became the man of the match and got Nrs 2500 cash.

Sundar Haraicha will take on Ratuwamai on Saturday.

Belbari municipality has sponsored the event in which teams from Morang are taking part.
