Sunsari: Madan Bhandari Sports Academy Enters Final Of 7th Bhaluwa Gold Cup

Madan Bhandari sports academy has entered final of 7th Bhaluwa gold cup football tournament in Sunsari.

Madan Bhandari defeated Chartare FC, Letang 4-1 in second semifinal match played at Bhaluwa on Thursday.

Yannick Owona scored a brace (54', 69') while Sushil Lama (16') and Ajit Gurung (38') scored apiece for the winners. Rajiv Lopchan scored a consolation goal for Chartare.

Lama became the man of the match and received Nrs 5,000 cash.

The academy will play against Sanyukta yuwa club, Simariya in the final match on Jestha 25.

Golden Star youth club is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Nrs 3 lakh. Runners up team will get Nrs 1.5 lakh.
