Nepal coach Johan Kalin took the reign of Nepal national team last month. His first assignment was Kuwait friendly series. Nepal drew one and lost (0-1) another in Kuwait city.
Now, ANFA has lined up two friendly matches in June. Nepal will fly to Kuala Lumpur to play friendly match against Malaysia on June 2 and then will fly to Khaosiung to take on Chinese Taipei on June 6.
"It's really good to have friendly matches", said coach Kalin.
"We are looking for long term. Friendly matches will show us where we stand and where we have to work on. It's really good to have matches in hands.
"This will help the players to gain experience. We are taking steps forward. I want boys to give good performance", added Kalin.
He also added that team wanted to play pressing game.
"We did well against Kuwait but pressing game wasn't successful. We want to perform good in upcoming friendly matches", he added.
Coach Kalin fielded lot of new players against Kuwait friendly. When asked if we could see some new players against Malaysia & Chinese Taipei, Kalin said, "It wil be a bit of mixed players".
