Ward number 14 and 16 have won their respective matches in Dhangadhi mayor cup football tournament.

Ward number 14 defeated ward number 9 2-0. Suresh Chaudhary and Birendra Chand scored apiece for the winners.

In another match, ward number 14 defeated ward number 2 5-3 on tie breaker.

19 wards are taking part in the event, which has a winning purse of Nrs 1 lakh. Runners up team will get Nrs 51,000.
