Lahan mayor cup is kicking off today in Lahan, Siraha.

The tournament is organized to celebrate Lahan Mahotsav.

Lahan municipality sports development committee is organizing the event, which is supported by Kasturi club.

The championship has a winning purse of Nrs 2,50,000 while runners up team will walk away with Nrs 1,25,000.

Man of the match will get Nrs 5,000. The most valuable player of the tournament will get Nrs 10,000 cash.

Teams from various districts are taking part in the event.
