A 14-member U12 Team has left from Pokhara to take part in Copa Puma Toreros Cup to be held in Japan.
Western Region Sports Development Committee President Sampanna Shrestha, Kaski District Sports Development Committee President Yam Bahadur Gurung, Chief Officer Prakash Baral, Treasurer Dipak Bahadur Shrestha bade farewell to the team.
Coach Rajendra Tamang and coach Shambhu KC had selected the players from different districts in coordination with ANFA Kaski.
Former Nepal international Basanta Gauchan, football enthusiast Prakash Tulachan and Funroots academy, Japan takes a team of youth players from Nepal to participate in the tournament every year.
