Bindabasini FC, Morang has entered semifinals of 1st Belaka Hariyali gold cup football tournament in Bhagalpur, Udayapur.

Bindabasini defeated Mahakali yuwa club, Lalbandi, Sarlahi 4-2 on penalties on Monday.

The match ended 2-2 in regulation time of 70 minutes.

Bhusan Subba and Ritik Khadka scored apiece for Bindabasini club. Sanil Lama and Manish Adhikari scored for Mahakali club.

Bindabasini goalie Surya Adhikari was declared the man of the match.

Bindabasini will play against Rastriya Jagriti club in semifinal match.

Triyuga FC will face Siraha on Tuesday.

Belaka city youth and sports development committee is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Nrs 2 lakh.
