Nayabasti Youth Club defeated 10-man Boys Union Club in Martyr's Memorial B Division League 2075 at ANFA Complex, Satdobato on Thursday.

This is the first win for Nayabasti.

Sajan Rai scored the opening goal in the 22nd minute. Shani Kumar Chaudhary doubled the lead in the 65th minute.

Boys Union were down to 10-man after Suman Shrestha was red carded in the 86th minute.

Aakash Shrestha of Nayabasti was declared the man of the match.

12 teams are taking part in the event, which has a winning purse of Nrs 8 lakh.
