Himalayan Sherpa Club Beats Nepal Police Club To Enter SFs Of Ruslan 10th Simara Gold Cup

Himalayan Sherpa club has entered semifinals of Ruslan 10th Simara gold cup football tournament.

Himalayan Sherpa defeated Far West Khaptad gold cup champions NPC 2-0 in a tightly contested match played at Simara stadium, Bara on Monday.

Tridev Gurung (86') and Bishwas Shrestha (90+4') scored apiece for the winners.

Shrestha became the man of the match and received Nrs 10,000 cash.

Ruslan Three Star Club will play against Sankata club on Tuesday.

Nawa Jana Jagriti yuwa club is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Nrs 6 lakh.
