Hosts Baklauri youth club has entered semifinals of 1st Baklauri gold cup football tournament in Sunsari.

Baklauri defeated Miteri club 3-1 in quarterfinal match played on Tuesday.

Man of the match Tirtha Basnet scored two goals. He received Rs 2500 cash.

The championship has a winning purse of Rs 1 lakh.
