10-man Nepal National U18 Team Suffers Defeat Against Thailand
Nepal national U18 team suffered 2-0 defeat at the hands of Thailand School football federation in Asian school U18 championship in Agra on saturday.
Buddha Bal Tamang was sent off in 64th minute for double bookable offenses. Skipper Dinesh Henjan missed another chance in 28th minute.
Nepal had some goal scoring chances in the match. Anil Maharjan wasted the chance in 6th minute.
Earlier team from China defeated Afghanistan 8-0. India and Malaysia played 1-1 draw in another match.
"We lacked proper finishing", Nepal U18 coach Chet Narayan Shrestha said.
