ANFA is making seperate deals for TV rights of Martyr's memorial A Division league.
The FA has clarified that Rs 4 crore 50 lakh deal with Ramsar media private limited is only for marketing rights.
"We are signing TV rights deal soon", ANFA president Karma Tsering Sherpa said.
"We will have another deal for national league", Sherpa added, "Erstwhile leadership had made deal with AP1 with less amount. We want to sale our product and we are doing it".
ANFA will host national league next year.
People have asked why new leadership has reduced the prize money of Martyr's memorial A Division league.
Prez Sherpa clarified, "Martyr's memorial A Division league had 75 lakh to the winners last edition but there were no other facilities to the teams. Yes we have reduced the prize money but please think about the preparation money we have increased (From 10 lakh to 20 lakh). Think about Rs 50,000 for every match they win. Think about the systematic prize money to the teams. Teams will get more than what they got in last edition".
ANFA is organizing Martyr's memorial A Division league from September 29 in Kathmandu.
