All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) must appoint strict discipline incharge in its all football academies. There are three ANFA run academies (central ANFA, ANFA Butwal and ANFA Dharan. Butwal and Dharan academies are not fully functional yet).
The new leadership at ANFA is trying to make some changes. In this process, they should find each and every loop hole and should be fixed.
On Sunday, media reported that four Nepal international were out from the camp for late night drink-n-disco.
ANFA has taken this issue seriously and its spokesperson Kiran Rai told GoalNepal that they would take action against guilty players.
ANFA has installed CCTVs at the complex to monitor the things.
However, sources told GoalNepal that things haven't changed at all in the complex.
"It is same like before. Nobody monitors the players in the camp. They are free to go out after training. Players are wasting their time using free wifi", source told the portal.
When the players are in the camp, they should be closely monitored. But that is not happening at ANFA though the new leadership has taken the charge.
Appointing strict discipline incharge could help office bearers to solve this issue.
