APF Jhapa defeated Shantidip Nepal Inaruwa 4-1 on penalties on Sunday.

Both teams had played 1-1 draw in regulation time.

Buddhi Man Rai became the man of the match. He received Rs 2,000 cash.

Vigorous club is organizing the championship.
