News Jhapa: Sanischare FC Wins title Of Phanda Singh Pande Memorial Cup

Sanischare FC has won the title of Phanda Singh Pande memorial cup at Bahundangi, Jhapa.

Sanischare defeated hosts Bahundangi FC 1-0 in the final match played on Thursday.

The champions received Rs 61,000 while runners up team got Rs 31,000.

Hemanta Thapa Magar was adjudged the man of the final match. He received Rs 2,000 cash.

Pujan Rai was adjudged the best player of the tournament. He received Rs 6001. Kishor Giri received the best goalkeeper award. Simanta Thapa received the best defender award, Roshan Acharya got the best midfield award, Saroj Karki got the best forward award, Nir Bahadur Limbu became the best coach and Aasish Subba received the rising player award. Pujan Rai became the highest goal scorer.

ANFA VP Pankaj Bikram Nembang, Jhapa DFA president Bhagirath Ale, DFA general secy Sundar Basnet, Mechinagar4 chairman Nabin Baral and other guests distributed prizes to the winners.
