Eight teams are participating in the championship.

Group A: Dharan FC, Jyoti FC, SSP FC, Jordan FC

Group B: Arsenic FC, Soltee FC, Ekta FC, Ace FC

Dharan FC will play against Jyoti FC in the opening match.
