Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning of Province 1, Indra Bahadur Aangbo, has said that the provincial government would separate necessary budget for Tharuhat Udayapur stadium.

Speaking in the final match of Rumpum 5th Udayapur gold cup, Aangbo said, "We will seperate necessary budget for Tharuhat Udayapur stadium in the upcoming budget".

"I am sure football in Udayapur district will move forward. Our government is committed for the development of sports in the state", Aangbo added.

The minister however didn't mention how much budget would be separated for the stadium.

Triyuga municipality has also joined hands with Udayapur DFA for the organization of the championship.

The municipality supported the organizers with Rs 10 lakh this edition.
