Nepal Police Club breezed into the finals defeating Nepal APF Club 1-0 in the first semifinal match of Damak Gold Cup 2075 at Damak Multiple Campus, Damak, Jhapa on Tuesday.

Nir Kumar Rai scored the match winner in the 38th minute.

Goal scorer Nir Kumar Rai was declared the man of the match. He received Rs.11,000.

MMC will take on Nepal Army Club in the second semifinal match tomorrow.

Damak municipality sports development committee is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Rs 13,11,000.

Runners up team will get Rs 6,50,000.
