Nawayug Shrestha Receives MVP Award In 2nd Panchthar Gold Cup

Playing for Birta United, Jhapa, Nepal international and Nepal Army striker Nawayug Shrestha has received the most valuable player award in 2nd Pancthar gold cup.

Shrestha helped Jhapali team to win the title on Sunday. Birta United defeated New Star Club Sunsari 4-1 in the final match.

He got one motorbike. He was also declared the highest goal scorer and he received Rs 10,000 cash.

Both teams fielded Nepal internationals and A Division league players.

The champions Birta United received Rs 3,51,000 whereas runners up team got Rs 1,55,555.
