Football fans who purchased tickets via the Khalti digital wallet will be able to attend the much-anticipated Nepal vs. Bangladesh SAFF final match.
For those who bought general tickets priced at NRs 500, you can visit the Khalti desk at Dasharath Stadium tomorrow for assistance.
However, fans who bought tickets for NRs 1000 will need to seek refunds, as these tickets are no longer valid. They will have to purchase new tickets offline to gain entry to the stadium.
This ticketing situation arises following the All Nepal Football Association's (ANFA) decision to terminate its contract with Mount Everest Sports, citing breaches of agreement, including the sale of more tickets than the stadium's capacity allows.
Fans can buy tickets in person starting at 8 AM on Wednesday at the Jawalakhel location, ANFA complex & Army HQ gate.
As per ANFA, only 11,000 tickets will be sold for the match. Of these, 10,000 will be available for general admission, while 1,000 will be designated as standard tickets. The Parapit area of Dashrath Stadium, where the match will take place, has a total capacity of 15,000.
Nepal has never claimed the SAFF title, but they have a chance to make history if they defeat Bangladesh tomorrow at Dasharath Stadium.
