Ruslan Three Star Club came from a goal down to beat MMC 2-1 in the last quarterfinal match of Birat Gold Cup 2074 at Sahid Maidan, Biratnagar on Thursday.

Bishal Rai had put MMC ahead in the match in 19th minute.

After the break, Bimal Gharti Magar leveled the score through spot in 72nd minute and Martins scored the winner three minutes later.

Martins became the man of the match and he received Rs 10,000 cash.



In the first semifinal match, Jhapa XI will play against Nepal Army on Friday. Stars will meet Sankata in second semifinal match on Saturday. 

Birat Gold Cup is organizing the championship that has a winning purse of Rs 12,71,000.

Ten teams are participating in the knock-out tournament.
