Buipa eleven sports club, Khotang has raised NRs 1,17,815 for injured Rabika Rai. The money was handed over today.

Rabika is currently undergoing treatment at the Trauma Center, Kathmandu due to a serious knee injury sustained while playing football.

According to Kapiraj Rai, father of Rabika, a local resident of Halesi Tuwachung Municipality 5, Bohemma, the doctor said that she will have to undergo surgery on Shrawan 4th. Rabika's father said that if the surgery is not performed on time, the problem will become complicated.

Although the family has spent as much as possible on Rabika's treatment, due to poor financial conditions, Rabika's family has appealed to sports lovers and well-wishers abroad for help. According to family sources, Rabika's treatment will cost around 4 lakhs.
