Several Nepal internationals have arrived in Malaysia to boost participation in a significant cup organized by a Nepali community club.

Gorkhali FC, based in Johor, is spearheading the cup scheduled for April 10-11.

RTFC, an ambitious Nepali club in Malaysia, has enlisted the talents of two Nepal internationals, Sumit Shrestha and Bishal Basnet, to bolster their team.

"We've brought them to Malaysia to inspire other players who are here working and playing," stated club president Raju Tamang.

"The landscape of the Nepali football community in Malaysia is evolving. RTFC is dedicated to supporting players who have relocated to Malaysia, and our primary goal is to unify Nepali through sports," Tamang added.

In addition to these developments, several players from the A division league have also journeyed to Malaysia to compete in two gold cups coinciding with the Hari Raya festival.

The Gorkhali Cup will take place in Johor, while the N Penang Cup will be hosted in Penang. GoalNepal will broadcast the matches LIVE.
