Sethu Football Club, consisting of Nepali national players Anjila Subba and Geeta Rana, who are playing in India's top women's league, achieved success in the league on Saturday.

Sethu beat Sports Odisha by 3 goals to nil in the Capital Football Arena match. Malavika, Kavia and Kajol scored in Sethu's victory.

After this win, Sethu has 13 points from 10 games and is in fifth place in the league table. On the other hand, the defeated Sports Odisha is at the bottom with 2 points.

Odisha Football Club is at the top of the league with 25 points from 10 matches.
