The host team Gauriganga-11 Sports Club has entered the semi-finals of the 4th Gauriganga Gold Cup National Knockout Football Tournament in Gauriganga, Kailali.

In the quarterfinal match on Thursday, Gauriganga defeated Black Angel FC in a tiebreaker and entered the last four.

Before that, both the teams played a thrilling match of 1-1 goals. Although Black Angel took the lead in the match with Subas Bam's goal, Top Bista equalized for Gauriganga. Gouriganga won 3-2 in the tiebreaker. Gauriganga's Top Bista was declared the man of the match.

The winner of the tournament organized by Gauriganga-11 Sports Club, Gauriganga-8, Kailali will get 6 lakhs in cash along with the title, while the runner-up will get 3 lakhs.

The final match will be held on the 1st of Chaitra.
