News Bagmati Club Enters SFs Of 4th Panchthar Gold Cup

Bagmati Youth Club, which participated in the Panchthar gold cup for the first time, has entered the semi-finals of the ongoing 4th Panchthar Gold Cup.

Bagmati got lucky in the tiebreaker in the match against Pathari 11 FC.Phidim reached the last four by defeating Pathari in a tie breaker 4-1 in the match on Monday at Phidim Ma vi's playground.

Since neither team could score a goal in the allotted time, the game was decided by a tie breaker. Nirmal Bal, Dewa Gurung, Anish Rana Magar and Abhi Lama scored goals for the tie breaker for Bagmati. Pathari's Niroj Pariyar shot was the only goal scored. Manzil Khadka and Glory's shots were saved by Bagmati goalkeeper Raunak Chaulagai.

Bagmati's goalkeeper Raunak, who stopped two shots in the tiebreaker, became the man of the match and Nagar managed to get 5,000. Similarly, Teknath Kafle became fan of the match and won 2,500 in cash.

The winner of this gold cup, in which 8 teams including A division club Tribhuvan Army Football, will receive a trophy, will receive 5 lakh 5 thousand rupees, and the second place will receive 2 lakh 55 thousand rupees.
