Deurali Sporting Club of Ilam Sandakpur has entered the finals of the ongoing 3rd Sirijunga Gold Cup here at Tellok, Taplejung.

Today, in the last semi-final match at Tellok Mavi, Ilam registered a narrow victory over Lalitpur's Sunakothi City FC and advanced to the Elam title. Ilam beat Lalitpur by 1-0.

The goal scored by Pikesh Loktam for Ilam was decisive for entering the final. Pikesh scored a goal in the 25th minute of the match. He became the man of the match. In the final, Ilam will compete with the runner-up of the second edition, New Star Club of Jhapa Birtamod.

In the third edition of the Gold Cup, a new team has been confirmed to be the champion. The first edition was won by Khewang Sporting. On the occasion of the 319th birth anniversary of Tyensi Sirijangha Sin Thewe, the final match of the Gold Cup organized by Tellok Sporting Club will be held on 29th Mangsir.

The winner will get 2 lakh 2 thousand 222 in cash and a trophy, while the runner-up will get 1 lakh 1 thousand 111 in cash.
