AFC & FIFA Directs ANFA To Host Election On Scheduled Date

Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and FIFA have directed ANFA to host presidential election on scheduled date (March 28, 2018).

Patan High court on Thursday issued stay order on ANFA election after reveiwing writ filed by Makwanpur and Bhaktapur districts.

Writing a letter to ANFA, both AFC & FIFA have asked ANFA to hold the election on scheduled date.

ANFA and its election committee now have to act to solve issues at Bhaktapur and Makwanpur district in order to include them in the upcoming ANFA election.

Former VP Karma Tsering Sherpa and current VP Mani Kunwar are vying for the post.
