First Taltalaiya Challenge cup got underway at taltalaiya, Sunsari on Thursday.

Purbanchal United Sundar Haraicha defeated Panchayan FC 3-1 in the opening match.

Sandip Limbu scored a brace while Rupesh Majhi scored another for the winners.

Two goal hero Limbu became the player of the match.

Taltalaiya FC B will play against Young Star Eleven Belbari in the second quarterfinal match today.
