India bound Kuwait (143) humiliated an African side, Zambia (86) 3-0 in a friendly match played in Cairo, Egypt.

The match was played on Monday night. As per Zambia media, African side fielded a B team.

Striker Shabab Al- Khalidi gave Kuwait a lead in the 16th minute. After the break, Khaled Ibrahim made it 2-0 in the 52nd minute and six minutes later Al-Khalidi made the tie out of reach for the Cosafa Cup bound side as he grabbed his second of the night.

Kuwait is invited to compete in SAFF championship 2023 where they will take on Nepal in the opening match on June 21 in Bangalore.
