Sankata Club Enters SFs Of Bhadrapur Jhapa Gold Cup

Sankata club has entered semifinals of Bhadrapur gold cup football tournament.

Sankata sidelined Bhadrapur Blazers 1-0 in the quarterfinal match played at Mechi stadium on Tuesday.

Manish Dangi scored the match winner in 5th minute.

Sankata GK Tikendra Thapa became the player of the match and received NRs 20,000 cash.

Church Boys United will take on Rajarshi Janak cup winners, Machhindra club in second quarterfinal match on Wednesday.

The championship has a winning purse of NRs 13 lakh. Runners up team will get NRs 7 lakh.
