Kaski: 8th Sangam Cup Bill Memorial Cup Kicks Off

8th Sangam cup Bill Gurung memorial cup got underway at Pokhara stadium on Monday.

Hosts Sangam club defeated Satya yuwa club B13 3-1 in the opening match.

Nischal GC scored a brace while Ami Gurung scored another for the winners. Saroj BK scored one for the losing side.

LG Association defeated Sitaljyoti club 1-0 in the second match played at the same venue.

Aashish Gurung scored the match winner.

16 teams are taking part in the event, which has a winning purse of NRs 1,75,000. Runners up team will get NRs 1 lakh.
