Kathmandu (GoalNepal) - Nepal U-15 Women's Team are set to face Bhutan to start their proceedings in the SAFF U-15 Women's Championship today. The match will kick off at 4:15 PM NST at the BSSS Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

This will be Bhutan's second match in the tournament. Bhutan suffered an 8-0 thumping on the opening day of the tournament against hosts Bangladesh.

Head coach Bhagawati Rana Magar has said that Nepal are happy to participate in the SAFF U-15 Women's championship and will go for the title. Nepal skipper Dipa Rokaya also said that the team is looking to win the tournament. "I am glad to be involved in the tournament and we are here to win", said Rokaya.

Nepal's next match in the tournament will be against Bangladesh on November 5. Nepal will again face Bhutan on November 7 and Bangladesh on November 9. The top-ranked team after the league stage matches will be the title winner. 

Only three teams from South Asia are participating in the tournament played in a double round-robin format. The team at the top of the table at the end will be the winner.
